Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate you availing of services and products with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully, as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User concerning any service you avail from us. The policy concerning Return, Cancellation and Refund requests shall be following the clauses as set forth:

TERMS OF RETURN

FOR PRODUCT: The Company does not accept the return of the products once delivered.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

FOR PRODUCT: You can track the status of your Order under My Orders in your account on our Website. The Company shall accept the cancellation of the products ordered till the Product status is Packed. Once the Product status is Shipped or In Transit or Arriving by or Delivered, you cannot place the cancellation request.

TERMS OF REFUND

The Company shall process your refund to the User within 5–7 business days only under the following conditions –

If the User cancels the order before it is shipped (while the status is Packed), we will accept the cancellation.
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of the cancellation being approved.
Payments done through online payment modes shall be refunded back to the account through which the payment is done or a store credit will be provided.
